Description
The patented Flexroute® cable clamp is a versatile, reliable and economical mounting
solution for cable, tubing, hose and more. Made from Santoprene®, a durable,
long-lasting synthetic rubber offering excellent resistance to heat, UV, chemicals,
flex-fatigue and weathering.
The Flexroute® grips around the cable creating a non-slip, vibration-resistant and
evenly distributed attachment point. It is fastened to the mounting surface using any
UV stabilized Standard 55lb Nylon 6/6 cable tie. Easy to install over existing systems
and no disassembly required.
The Flexroute® is the right choice for safe, long-lasting and dependable cable
installation that protects expensive and often fragile mounting surfaces.

While Flexroute® cable clamp kits includes Cobra® low profile cable ties with tensile strength ratings, we do not recommend using any Flexroute® cable clamp kit to support weight in any way. The Flexroute cable clamps worked perfectly to secure the brake lines on my airplane without the concern of overtightening and crimping/damaging the brake lines like other regular plastic ties.
They are very easy to install. They look great and they do the what they are intended to do.
Very clean, solid clamps. Used them on the brake lines and throttle cable housing on my go kart. They work great! Wish they had one in 3/8” for the fuel line.
Hawken reached out and wanted us to test their cable clamps on our buggy in Vegas to Reno in 2017. We ran them on brake lines and other cables throughout the car. They held up really well! 5 years later and the mounts are still holding strong, even the cobra cable ties. Definitely worth it!
